I want to thank Troy Padgett so much for his assistance. My office was totally flooded our in the rainstorm on June 12, 2020. When I contacted Mr. Padgett on Monday to report what happened he said no worries, I am here for you and I will take care of you, that is what I am here to do. Now this was already an opposite experience another person was going through who has another insurance agent. She was having to file with her agent and FEMA. Thirty minutes later, Mr. Padgett called an said all taken care of, any questions. The process from there couldn't have been smoother for me and 5 weeks late my case is closed, claimed settled. When Mr. Padgett checked back in with me I said it is a done deal, just waiting on the settlement check. By the way the other isn't close to settling she is still having to provide receipts for the adjustor to go through. I am over the moon happy with my choice, you really learn when there is a problem and Mr. Padgett will be my agent as long as he is working. I can't say how much I appreciate him and his work ethic. So this testimonial is one, I usually don't write one except for exceptional service.

We were looking for a local agent that would be available to help us with our insurance needs. Padgett Insurance was recommended by a friend and we are very pleased with their knowledge and ability to shop different insurance companies. We needed Auto insurance on 4 vehicles, homeowners and flood.. They gave us quotes that were competitive with our previous insurance and saved a few dollars. On the flood, they presented us a policy that was a just a little more money, but gave us much better coverage and we purchased it.. I have had questions about our coverage and they quickly got back to me with the answers.. Troy and Hannah told us that if we have any issue and need to make a claim with any of our policies, to call them first and they would take it from there.. It feels good to have hometown support that really does care that their customers are taken care of. Just hope we never have to call them with a real issue..
